Cancellation & Refund Policy

N36 is a brand operated by THE PERFUME HOUSE, which believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore outlined its Cancellation and Refund Policy below:


• Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping partner.


• No Return / No Refund on Personal & Intimate Use Products

Due to the nature of our products, which include roll-on oils, fragrance oils, and other intimate or personal-use items applied directly on the skin, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened, unsealed, or used.

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons:
– Products that show any signs of use
– Products that are opened, unsealed, tampered with, or partially used

are strictly not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


• Damaged or Tampered Packages (At Time of Delivery)

Customers are requested not to accept delivery if the outer packaging appears damaged, leaked, torn, or tampered with.

If you notice any such issue, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact us the same day via call or email so that we can arrange an immediate replacement, subject to verification.


• Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a product that is damaged or defective (without being opened or used), please report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Requests will be reviewed after verification by our team, and an appropriate resolution will be provided.


• Products Not as Described

If you believe the product received does not match the description shown on the website, you must notify our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. After reviewing the complaint, the team will take a suitable decision.


• Manufacturer Warranty

For products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer.


• Refund Processing Time

In cases where a refund is approved by THE PERFUME HOUSE, the amount will be processed within 6–8 business days to the original mode of payment.
